Someone in your office is obviously planning on staging a coup, using cleaning equipment as weapons. Or, worse yet... it's actually the cleaning equipment which is plotting to take over. I'd keep an eye on your brooms and rollers if I were you.

It's the arrows that make the least sense.

Someone's working on an idea to turn a broom into a mobile phone?

Or maybe they want to build a mobile phone *into* the broom. Or a GPS device, because they tend to lose their brooms.
