Between Page and Kanab, south of US89. Officially, it´s in Arizona, but both Buckskin Gulch and The Wave (http://tinyurl.com/2vofho) are a couple of miles north of the Utah border. It became a national monument just a few years ago.
One thing about The Wave. A special permit is required and they only issue 20 a day. We didn´t get one :-(. The Wave and Buckskin Gulch/Wire Pass Canyon share the same trailhead.
Given the way the grass shows, I can see why you'd be inclined for a B&W. Still, in this case, I prefer the color, so thanks for making it available. (sheesh, 11 faves, and counting! wish I could compete!)
