This building, still under construction, in my neighborhood is also designed to be shared by loft owners and retail lessees. It is yet to be determined what its retail section on the first floor will include. It seems to be very much out of place and will obscure the view of Mt Tabor to the East.

This is a two year old building in my neighborhood that is designed to be shared by loft owners and retail lessees. It has filled its retail section on the first floor. From what I can tell all of the lofts have sold although I can't say for certain.

This view is from the NE corner and shows the entrance to a Thai food restaurant. Lots of open windows are great for looking in and out but have prooved to be a invitation for vandals to scratch out graffiti.

This is a new building in my neighborhood that is designed to be shared by loft owners and retail lessees. It has filled its retail section on thefirst floor. Many of the lofts have sold although I can't say for certain how many are still vacant. I know they still have a "For Sale" sign on the 35th street side.
