This was as far as I could go without getting wet. I did not have a change of trousers or shoes so whilst it would have been fun to try I would have been a bit damp at work today!

It was a cold and misty morning today. It was a little flooded by the river but I thought I would press on to see how far I could get. Apparently York has quite a lot of floods.

I have been having some issues lately with mud splattering up my back so I have loving crafted a mudguard extension. It may look like half a milk bottle and a couple of elastic bands but I think you will find it is top grade Heath Robinson engineering. http://urltea.com/2guk

On my way back from work spotted a good rope light writing set at the carvan park.

These two blokes shunned the easy option of putting the "Danger Thin Ice" sign on the fence and opted instead for the better option of walking out a bit, breaking the ice as the went and driving a sign in with a sledgehammer.
