Um. Oh, hey, I remember. I first used Lightroom and a downloaded plugin called B&W Old 3 to give it the sepia/monotone feel and auto'd the levels. I then used Paint Shop Pro X2 for the cross process vibe. And yet, it's not that far off from the original... just monotone-ish.
