LA Times SF Chronicle, ...and Dallas NBC 5 Taylor Heaton nor did any one of those 6 jurors or Judge Rodgers or Complaint Officer S Dunkin Caught on that THE DESTROYED Camera card was Physical Evidence of the MALICIOUS INTENT of Lt. Lile and Sgt. R. M. Smith as it was taken away from me Two times and shown to them a Third time as the Camera card was at the Bailiff's Desk Public Defender McIntryre had to retrieve IT from this location and then showed it to the jury a third time but they never figured this out !!!
