This I know! Those ponds needed filling. Fortunately, I had an old shot at similar angle (rooftop) from when the ponds were full.

This looks like the kind of old "starving artist" type of paintings that used to hang in my grandparents house when I was a kid.

There are a couple of other exposures from midday that helped add detail, but to also to fill in the empty ponds. The psd file is FILLED with adjustment layers. Thanks for commenting.
