自己紹介

for quite a while, i've seen my world in two different ways....in song and pictures...and sometimes those two things intersect and something really beautiful (to me) happens.

an incurable lover of music, i needed a way to express my great appreciation of the songs that get me by day to day, so i created a radio station called *extra super cutie radio* (the term *extra super cutie* is not how i think of myself...it was to do with my love of music that i thought was (is) cute)...

as for seeing my world in photos.....well, that took a bit longer to figure out. once i did, i grabbed my camera and started to take photos of things that reminded me of the music i love and the things that bring a smile to my face and make me happy. if i was listening to a song and saw something that fit, i took a photo of it....and then it turned into a whole other thing completely.

i am constantly inspired both by music and photographs (and since i have been concentrating on photography, i have come across some amazing photographers). i am constantly inspired by other people's inspiration. i truly believe i have found what i am meant to do in my life, and that is really beautiful to me.

i am in a perpetual state of learning about photography and trying to become the best photographer i can be....and i appreciate all the support i get every day from relative strangers.

i am a dreamer. i always have been. and i believe that has helped me in becoming a conceptual photographer....but i feel like i've got a long way to go.

more than anything, i want to live my life every day with the hope that i can bring a smile to someone's face and to do something creative. i want to share the music i love with people and share my view of the world surrounding me through the lens of my camera.

wow. that was a lot of sappy *blah, blah, blah*....when all i really wanted to say (but there is a lot of pressure to say something *good* when you do these things) was that i love music, i love photography....and my goal is to make those two things collide and end up with something that means something to me....and might mean something to someone else. : )
