I got this problem too. When i try to upload a picture which size is larger than 300K, it fails to show up thought it has been transmited successfully. I tried this again and again, no matter you upload one, several or many pics. It seems OK when i uploaded a photo which is around 200K. Hope anyone could look into this issue.

Save the photo in web form without the meta data...

Zhu, not sure what 'web form' is, can you explain? Also you shouldn't have to remove the meta data from your photo before upload. Zooomr will read the meta date and include some of the information from it on the photo's page.
Uploader has been having problems for some time. It's probably not your image file that is causing the problem.
